Director’s Note
Made entirely in quarantine, Cowboy Companion is a fast-paced comedy about finding connection in the modern world and a much needed update of the western genre. I’ve always loved the classics of Ford and Leone and wanted to pay homage to their works, but I knew I needed to give “the frontier spirit” a fresh perspective that I ultimately found in the browsers of online dating.
